Keep scrolling to learn what makes a Treehouse Point wedding an unforgettable event!

About The Treehouse Point Wedding Venue

Treehouse Point Wedding Venue is the passion project of Pete and Judy Nelson. They had a dream of opening a bed and breakfast that somehow incorporated Pete’s love of treehouses. They purchased four beautiful acres of land near their home in 2004. Then, by 2006, the first treehouse was completed. Over the course of 15 years, Pete constructed another 6 treehouses! Creating a community of seven beautiful, totally customized, and unique treehouses perfect for hosting guests from all over the world.

When you get married at Treehouse Point, you and up to 20 overnight guests will be able to stay onsite in the beautiful treehouses. The next morning, a homemade breakfast buffet is provided to refuel everyone before they head home.

Details of the Grounds

Let me paint you a picture of what your wedding day could look like at Treehouse Point.

You and your wedding party utilize the onsite Cedar Wedding Suite in the early afternoon. So if you need more time to get ready, you may want to plan on renting a few treehouses. Or get ready at a nearby hotel or Airbnb. The wedding suite became a cozy but bright space perfect for finishing touches and taking some beautiful getting-ready shots.

When it comes time for your Ceremony, if the weather is just right, you can say “I do” on the Lower Lawn, surrounded by towering trees and with a rustic wooden arbor. Smaller weddings of up to 40 guests can also be held in the indoor, cedar-lined Pond Room, just in case of cool or crummy weather. Cocktail Hour can also be held in the Pond Room, as well as its adjoining back deck. Your guests can mingle and toast to your new marriage beneath strings of lighting, gathering around a beautifully crafted wooden bar.

Then, it’s time to really celebrate! In peak wedding season at Treehouse Point, dinner is usually held on the tented deck. Meanwhile, the Pond Room is used as a dance floor. Or, you can host out on the deck, where you can arrange seating for up to 80 guests.

The last call is a little on the earlier side for some couples (around 9:45), but any of your guests who are staying onsite are invited to continue their celebrations until 1:00 am, perhaps gathering around a fire pit in comfy pjs enjoying complimentary s’mores.
