Imagine walking down the aisle in a refurbished factory with an industrial chic atmosphere. At Sodo Park, your wedding will be a beacon of Seattle style with a mix of rustic and modern touches. Oh, and I have to mention the food. The award-winning Herban Fest and your Sodo Park wedding will have your guests talking about your day for years to come.

About the Sodo Park Wedding Venue

Sodo Park is an architectural dream with a mix of old and new touches in a century-old facility. Formerly the Western Meat Company, it is now a premiere wedding location tucked into downtown Seattle. Sodo Park has an open floor plan of 7,500 square feet, ideal for any size wedding. The facility is owned and operated by the exclusive catered Herban Fest.

Details of the Grounds

Sodo Park has several options for your wedding day. The venue accommodates outdoor receptions in the courtyard. They also have an ample indoor space for your ceremony and reception. Or you could opt to use both spaces for an indoor ceremony, cocktail hour in the courtyard, and then seated dinner in the Grand Hall. For an additional fee, you can rent the bridal or groom’s loft for space to relax and prepare for your special day. The location can seat up to 300 of your guests. They can accommodate up to 500 guests for a cocktail reception if you are looking for more space.

Photography Opportunities

Sodo Park is a photography dream wedding with an opportunity for one-in-a-lifetime memories. The exposed brick, wood beams, and soaring ceiling make the perfect background for all your wedding photos. The natural elements of the building lead to timeless photography through romantic natural light. Unique features of the building have been left in place, like catwalks, beams, and doors, to back a rustic backdrop for your photos.

On your special day, enter Sodo Park through an antique brick archway and then have your breath taken away in the Grand Hall with a soaring 20-foot ceiling. Your guests will enjoy a cocktail in the courtyard or luxurious grand hall. Feast on the delicious farm-to-fork catering by Herban Feast using the freshest ingredients locally grown at Fox Hollow Farm. The executive chef uses the best local products to create the perfect taste for your guests at your event, including custom bar selections for your guests to enjoy throughout the night. The venue rental ends at midnight, but you can party longer for an additional fee.
