If you’ve been considering booking a midwife for your delivery, the best way to start is with Around the Circle Midwifery’s free consultation, where you can meet the different professionals and learn more about what their practice entails. From here, you can book regular appointments with a midwife, just like you would with an OBGYN.
You’ll receive consistent care from the same person throughout your entire pregnancy. You can invite your partner and your family for these visits, and your midwife will take the time at each one to ensure they address all your concerns. They will perform all of your lab work and assessments at the office.
As you near your due date, you’ll establish your birth plan, and Around the Circle Midwifery will make sure it’s honored as much as possible! The office offers water birth and will give you the resources to have this option at your house. You’ll receive four postpartum visits in the six weeks following your delivery.
