It’s home to some of the city’s best restaurants, unique boutiques, and events like the First Thursday art walks. Right in the heart of it is a beautiful venue space, The 101 Wedding Venue. While it may look like a storefront from the street, inside, it’s an expansive, versatile space that can be used for hosting events of every size. Nearby parking garages and hotels make it easily accessible for guests, both local and visiting from out of town, making it an even easier choice for couples with a larger guest list!
Details of the Grounds
The 101 Wedding Venue is primarily one large room consisting of over 5,600 square feet of event space. It can easily be divided up into smaller spaces to accommodate multiple purposes throughout one event and has room for up to 200 guests.
The space itself has plenty of beautiful charm, with bright natural light streaming in through walls of windows and accents of exposed brick. Wooden beams, strings of market lighting, and contemporary industrial touches add a modern contrast and plenty of unique romance.
If you’re planning to host both your ceremony and reception at The 101, you can easily designate separate spaces with beautiful drapery (provided and set up by the venue for an additional cost.) You can also opt to have them flip the room between your ceremony and reception for a flawless transition!

Photography Opportunities
I love all of the unique opportunities for gorgeous photos that The 101 offers. From backdrops of the fun city streets to the beautiful exposed brick (both whitewashed and red), there are plenty of urban touches to incorporate. Plus, it’s located in a really fabulous neighborhood, so we can always step right outside and wander the streets for some chic, fun backdrops, too!
Wedding Details
It isn’t just the space itself that’s flexible; The 101 Wedding Venue includes some serious amenities and perks that make hosting a beautiful event simple and easy!
First of all, when you host your wedding at The 101, you’ll have the space to yourself for 24 hours (from 10 am the day of your event to 10 am the following morning.) This gives you plenty of time for setup and breakdown without having to rush!
Additionally, you’ll have total control over your vendors; the only one you’re required to use is for bartending and beverage services. Everything else is up to you, as long as the vendors you choose are licensed and insured!
Also included in your venue rental are tables and chairs for up to 200 people, including cocktail tables and a beautiful bar. They also offer a variety of additional rentals for your convenience, like photo booths, drapery, a ceremony arch, and other special touches.
You’ll have the help of their Client Concierge Team from the moment you book, and someone will be there on the day of your wedding to ensure everything is running smoothly. To make things even easier, they also offer planning and day-of-coordination services (for an additional fee). They handle everything from setting up your decor to working with vendors and even making sure your ceremony runs perfectly. Even if it’s offsite!
